Period from hell

I woke up this morning and I had bled all over the place, I had severe cramps, and diarrhea. Now I'm in class and I already took 2 ibuprofen and it didn't help and then I had to run to the bathroom again. So now I've taken a 3rd ibuprofen and 2 Imodium and I'm really hoping it helps. My periods were always like this when I was younger but this hasn't happened in the last few months. I have to go to work after class. I was hoping I was done with this 😞
