any experience with or tips for urinary frequency?

I feel like I've spent half the day sitting on the toilet. I can sit there for like an hour and a few droplets of urine will come out every 5 minutes or so. I'm not clenching my muscles or anything. It's so annoying. I don't even want to think about how it's going to be when I get pregnant.

Drink cranberry juice. And drink a lot of water too. That will flush stuff out of your system. The cranberry juice makes your urine more sour and bacteries don't like that.

I get them a lot and always have to go to the doctor for antibiotics. It's the only thing that helps for me but for some women it goes away by drinking a lot.

Especially when it feels like your peeing needles, you have to go. Catch some morning urine in a jar as  doctors want to check it for the bactery.
