OPKs and PCOS

So I have PCOS, just diagnosed in March via ultrasound. Just took my first round of clomid, I'm now CD13 and I've had flashing smilies on the test since Sunday but still no peak 😢 glow says today is my most fertile day, has anyone not gotten a paoitive OPK but been told they did ovulate with their 21 day blood work?

Also I know it's still early in my cycle and it can take 5-10 days for my last pill (which was 4/1) before I get a positive but I'm so excited to finally have a shot I'm going to be so sad if I don't ovulate.
