Ovulating

So I've been taking opk since the day after my period I'm currently on CD38. I went on vacation since CD33 and haven't been able to temp or use opk since then. I went to my OB on CD24 where she gave me an u/s and told me I had a follicle 12mm that hadn't dropped yet. By the looks of my charts before hand would you say I ovulated?
