Yes I stopped because I can't stomach it but with my first pregnancy I drank it everyday multiple times a day. But you can have 200 mg a day and a double shot of espresso is about 140 mg and all I drink is espresso.

I haven't had any since I got pregnant. But that hasn't been my call lol. I'm having gallbladder issues, so the Drs have me on a no dairy diet. So no cream for my coffee, no chocolate 😭. I'm craving chocolate so I hope they remove the gallbladder when I get into the second trimester lol

I'm already highly sensitive to caffeine myself, so I cut it out during pregnancy. I don't want my kids having any problems  😂 if that makes sense.

Caffeine is in more food and beverages than most realize! Chocolate!!

I have a half or one glass of tea a day. I rarely eat chocolate, it's just not something I like. I have coffee maybe once a week or once every other week. I was drinking 1-2 iced coffees a day before I was pregnant.
