You Might have ovulated later than you thought and could be still really early, the digital needs much more  HCG than the normal one. Give it a few more days and test again but do it with a pink dye. The blue ones as you may know are notorious for faint positive lines. Baby dust and fingers crossed ✨

I feel you . I've done 3 first response 2 had faint lines on and a digital that said not pregnant! I'm just like meh whatever now lol

I would go pick up. Pink dye test like a first response. I bet there's a faint pink line. I think I see something on the blue ones but I'm not a fan personally of those. Digitals take more hcg to pick up

Digital test dont pick up the hormone as good as dye test so Wait a couple days and test again
