PLEASE HELP

there's a hardness in my stomach that I can move side to side and up and down. I've never had sex. And I never had ejaculation anywhere near me. I took 4 pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I've been having my periods. The hardness goes from my pelvic region to my bellybutton. And I'm so confused what it is. Any ideas?!?! Please please help
