Has anyone lost part of their mucus plug early? I lost a chunk of it the other day(no blood was in it) but have had no contractions since. My doctor told me to only come in if I experience contractions. I keep hearing different things about the mucus plug though- ive been told it's normal to lose part of it early and that it can regenerate on its own but another medical professional told me that they do not re generate and labor is near once lost. Confused and worried
