PP weight lost ....

So it's 7 exact days since I gave birth to my little princess. I have lost 22lbs. I have an event to go to in 11 days. I would love to loose 22lbs more. I gained a total of 44lbs. Has anyone lost that much in almost 3weeks? What did you do or eat? I am pumping every 2.5 to 3hours.
