I'm newly pregnant, 7 weeks, and I'm headed to Florida at the end of the month. I planned this trip back in November with the thoughts of eating myself sick with all the seafood I could get my hands on. I just recently realized that it's strongly discouraged to eat fish while pregnant. You can eat cooked fish, but in very limited amounts. But what I haven't heard much about is shellfish. Do you know or heard of people eating shell fish while pregnant?
