Anxiety/stress attacks
I've been experiencing attacks the last couple nights that feel like a mini heartattack is the best I can describe them. I've had them every once in a while in the past but I'm not sure what to do to help them being pregnant since I can't take what I normally would for them. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could help mellow them out besides positive thinking or mindset. Thank you!
