Ultrasound confusion ? I don't see what the arrow is pointing to?! I see two circles and that's it. OB said everything looked good but I feel nuts cause in everyone else's US, I can see a little dot where the baby is but not mine?! 5W4D

The circle is the yolk sac and the arrow is pointing to that little tiny dot next to it, that little tiny dot is your baby. :)

The arrow is pointing at the yolk sac, it has all of the nutrients your baby needs until the placenta takes over in the second trimester 😊😊
