Why isn't it happening 😭

So AF was due in 3 days .. She appeared today ? What is this all about. I've been trying for 5 months and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what?

It's awful I know xx my cycles used to be a regular 30 day but since TTC they are all over the place too - I wonder if it's stress related? AF has arrived a week early for me once before, this month looks like she's about to arrive 3 days early too :( sending hugs your way, you aren't in this alone!

Mine came four days early last month. It was so heartbreaking. I'm sorry that you're going through this now. A menstrual cycle can vary by a week either way and still be considered normal, so try not to worry too much. It takes time for even perfectly healthy (reproductively) couples to conceive. Just keep tracking what you're able to and keep trying. You can do this.
