Without going into detail, my husband and I will have to find care or a nanny for our baby once she is here.

Is anyone using a service to find a nanny or a day care center?

Any suggestions or recommendations?

I take my daughter to kinder care . They seem to be a very good staff and all the teachers are awesome !

I would say go visit different facilities and interview people you find a reputable websites (and can provide a background check). Regardless of the person being a private nanny or if you pick a facility, anything can happen. :(
