Leaking colostrum

So I'm 21 weeks and already leaking colostrum.. Dr says it's normal... But I'm wondering 1. Is this a good sign that I'll have no issues breastfeeding (aside from if baby has a hard time latching or not) and 2. Is it bad to express the colostrum?? It matches my nipples feel so much less sore
