Clomid how much sex??

Question

Finished clomid, dr told me to have sex towards end of the week, is it bad to have it everyday as im sure i have been told before its better to do it every other day instead but im worried as my husbands sperm isnt 100% brilliant we may miss ovulation?! Xxx

I have been told by regular doctor, OB, fertility specialist AND IVF Clinic that it is optimal to have sex every two to three days.

That being said, from everything I have been told, if you have sex every day it just means you have more immature/underdeveloped sperm than mature sperm.  If you have sex longer than every three days then you have more older sperm than mature sperm.  There are still mature sperm in there - just not as much as when it is every two days.

I got pregnant after taking femara and my Doctor told me not to have any sex for five days before ovulation to let the sperm build up so there is max capacity lol at ovulation and then to have sex every 12 hours during ovulation for the two days
