Does drinking caffeine lower my chances of conceiving a baby ?

I use to drink 6 cups of coffee a day. And boom got pregnant unexpectedly.  I honestly don't believe the caffeine thing. My mom even drank tons of coffee and ended having 6 kids. Same with my grand parents. It really just depends on how fertile you are.

I drink coffee all day long ! When I get pregnant I'll cut down to maybe two cups a day . my son who is 6 was conceived fine whilst I drank coffee and he's very healthy now!

Consuming too much can hinder your chances of becoming pregnant. But dr's say 1 cup per day is safe during pregnancy so I'd think it'd be ok while TTC as well. Just be mindful of how much you're drinking. If in doubt try to give it up all together.

I also stopped drinking caffeine, still have to have my caffeine free drinks though, sprite, root beer, and strawberry soda. Mmm lol in not sure if it helps your chances at all, but it's worth a try

I have read that too much can interfere with implantation. I actually just cut back myself. My New Years resolution was no more carbonated beverages and I have only had two since then, one was because I was at a birthday party and they only had sprite. Weird. I cut back on coffee from a pot a day(terrible, I know!) to one or two cups max!
