I am 4 days before my missed period so I know testing early can drive me up a wall anyways- but look at this pic- no hard feelings if no one sees a line but I just need some yes' and No's to ease my mind

Holding it up to the light like that isn't a good way to read the test. You could be seeing the shadow from where the line is supposed be.

Do you see a faint line when it's just sitting on the counter underneath the light?

I'd test again when AF is due.
