Pregnancy after D&C

I was on birthcontrol for 7 years, I got pregnant on my second cycle after I stopped the birth control. Unfortunately I had a missed miscarriage at 8weeks. This was about a year ago now, just this past month we started TTC again. First month of trying was unsuccessful , but I'm crossing my fingers for this month. Anyone have any advice or expierence with conceiving after a missed miscarriage ?  I'm so paranoid I'm going to have troubles conceiving, my doctor has even looked me in the face and told me I will have no problems conceiving. I'm just scared. I want to conceive again so badly.
