Does anyone check their cervix

Question

Can someone please explain how to check your cervix? I've tried, I've looked online but I don't know what the hell I'm feeling or supposed to be feeling for when I try.

I check every morning around 9 , doing it at the same time every day helps you feel changes. If you reach your middle finger in and immediately feel a lump at the tip of your finger then your cervix is in a low position. If you feel around you'll be able to feel what's vaginal canal and what's the cervix. It moves up and down throughout the cycles we have. Normally when it's low low low it means one of two things: it's hard like a piece of fruit and the little dent is big enough you could push a little of your padded finger in it = period coming/ 2: if it's low and closed then it's just moving around. If you reach up and it takes the length of your finger inside to reach it then it's considered "medium" . And if you have to really work to find the damn thing 😂 it's "high". When it's high and soft it's an indication of ovulation and the cervix is waiting for sperm to come on in. And by soft I mean now it no longer feels like fruit or the tip of your nose but like squishy slightly pursed lips. Hope this helps, it takes pracice. I'm still struggling myself. It's easier to identify when it's hard since it will feel different. When checking, place a finger or two in and go all the way back. When it's hard and smooth it's noticeable. As it gets softer it's harder to tell the difference, or at least it is for me. I still have been able to check if it's open or closed.
