πŸŽ€πŸŽ€πŸŽ€ It's a girl!πŸŽ€πŸŽ€πŸŽ€

Oh my gosh it's a girl. 😍 Here's a little bit on why we're so excited about it.
We've been married for two years and found out January 5 that we're going to be parents for the very first time. We don't really care if it's a boy or a girl, because we want a large family anyway. So naturally one of the first people to know, is my BEST FRIEND Sarah. And she was so excited. I'm talking SUPER excited. She wanted it to be a girl really badly. We went to an anatomy scan to see if we could find out early, and the baby wouldn't move out of the crisscross applesauce position, so we weren't able to see the gender and naturally she was upset. And then in late March I got one of the worst calls I could ever have dreamed of. Someone was cutting through lanes passing everyone in a no passing zone on a late Friday night, and was heading straight towards my best friend's car. She tried to swerve out of the way and ended up over correcting and going into the other lane, getting hit on the front passenger side by a pickup truck. The other car just kept going. (Luckily someone followed him and got his information.) The pickup truck that hit my best friend's car rolled off into a ditch and caught fire, the driver was able to escape with just a broken ankle. My best friend and her father however Β were not so lucky. Neither of them made it. Her funeral was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, especially being 20 weeks pregnant. She always did have a knack for getting her way, and I should have known that whenever we went for our ultrasound, today would not be any different. I miss her so much and I'm glad I'm going to be a mommy to a precious little girl. So without any more lingering,
I'd like to introduce to everyone our sweet daughter, Sarah Lainey β™₯️☺️
