I'm 22 weeks and my baby has been moving like crazy but today I have not really felt Jim is this ok?

I'm sure he's fine:) I had a day like that a few days ago, I had been feeling him everyday then he stopped! I complained to my guy all day about it lol but I felt him the very next day and he's been back to his active self. I'm sure he's just being lazy hehe don't worry too much:)

If your worried drink some Orange juice and lay on your left side

I'm sure all is well. Be mindful if your not drinking a lot of water that can tire the baby out as well as very hot showers.  He/she could just be having a lazy day. You will have days like this when little one arrives as well. Just remember to drink your water and take it easy as much as possible.

Your baby should be fine- they have their lazy days just like us. You really don't start counting kicks until your 3rd trimester. To comfort yourself, you can always call your obgyn.
