20 weeks, 2 days and a sharp pain in my right side.. anyone else?

I'm 21 weeks exactly today. I woke up with the same thing this morning but on my lower left side... at first I thought it was where baby boy was sitting but now I'm not so sure. Good thing I have an ob appointment today. I'll try to keep you posted!

I have the exact same thing happening. I even went to the ER one day because it got so bad. They told me it was ligament pains, but I had baby's anatomy scan yesterday and the ultrasound technician said that my blood vessels are incredibly dilated on that side, and that is what's causing my pain. It's called pelvic congestion syndrome, I believe. Not fun. Hope yours us just ligaments!!! Although, you can't do much of anything to relieve either one.

I have this and am currently 23 weeks pregnant the pain is bad at night when I'm in bed during the day it's never there and in the exact same place right side I have to have paracetamols and hot water bottle to get rid of the pain. I really don't know what it is the pain actually wakes me up at night so would be helpful to know what it is.

I get them all the time now. Right under my right breast. Takes my breath away sometimes. Have to put pressure on it to ease it a little. We measure my daily water intake, I get plenty.

If it's debilitating, I would call your midwife or doctor.
