So runny eggs? Who eats them while pregnant?

Just curious to see who eats them and who doesn't. I had a runny egg the other day! I know why they say you shouldn't but how many people actually stay clear of them?

Not me but only because I don't like them. The chance of them harming your baby is soo small, I've eaten whatever I want this pregnancy I've craved Brie cheese like crazy I'm now 38 weeks an my baby's perfectly healthy 😊 I find the people that have the most to say about what you 'shouldn't' eat usually eat really crappy diets but think it's all good because they don't eat off the 'risk' list. A runny egg is a lot better for you then McDonald's!

It's not so much the yoke that's the problem, it's actually the undercooked egg whites. Try making over-medium instead of sunny side up 😉
