Period & supply
Good news: baby finally is sleeping through the night at 8.5 months! Bad news: I got my period back this week. I've noticed a drop in my supply the last few days. Will my supply go back up on its own when my period stops or should I be pumping/feeding extra to increase my supply back to normal?
