Labour bags

Ladies im 31 weeks pregnany with my little ivf miracle and just wandering what nightwear your packing in your hospital bags and anything else that might help. My first labour I only packed a nightie but ended up naked when pushing 😁 That was 9 years ago and my midwife has told me pyjamas and a nightie needs to be packed but what type? Should I go for a t shirt or vest top nightie? I'm guessing a vest top one would be better for skin to skin contact but I'd feel more comfortable in a t shirt type. What's your thoughts? This hospital bag has been packed unpacked and packed so many times 😅 sooooooo nervous this time around
