Gender reveal ideas!

Hello ladies, my SO and I would like to do a gender reveal thing but we don't want to do the boring cake idea we want something special. We want to do the reveal a months or two before the baby shower since its relatively hard to get neutral stuff sometimes. But we would like ideas please. We have a 2 year old daughter and would like to be able to include her as well. Also we don't want to do something extremely expensive because it will just be close family and friends and we plan to take pictures and videos and share it further that way.
