So, when my bf ejaculates inside of me nothing leaks out afterwards. Would this mean he has a low sperm count?

The amount of liquid has nothing to do with sperm count. He probably just doesn't always have a lot or its just all in there lol I don't think I've ever had it leak out with my bf and we got pregnant in two months
