So my friend that just also happens to be my ex was at mine the other day he took my phone and put it down his trousers right by his dick and told me if I wanted it back I had to get it myself I told him many times there was no way I was doing that and after a lot of arguing he said I either do it or hell do something to me after I refused more he said I had to do it or he would rape me I thought he was joking but he pinned me to the bed and tried to get my jeans off I still have a little doubt he'd of acctually gone through with it but I'm worried he could off eventually I had to take my phone back and he claims he was helping me be less fridged and that maybe if I wasn't so fridged he would've gone back out and me I asked if he was being serious and he said were friends and we're cool and I'm good looking so yeah if I wasn't fridged but he currently has a girlfriend that he's been seeing for about 4 months I never stopped liking him but I'm starting to get worried he's using me I told my friend a fraction of what happened and she went mental and said I need to tell his girlfriend as he's clearly not going to what do I do???
