Nap time?

How long does/ did your 3-4 month old take his longer middle of the day nap for? And dose your LO sleep during the night? My son seems to be taking longer naps now during the day but waking up at night, should I try getting his to take shorter naps

My son takes 30-45 minute naps every 2 hours. He sleeps really well at night

My baby girl takes an hour nap in the AM and then a 2 hour nap in the PM then a shorter cat nap in the evening... She does wake after 40 mins in the PM and I have to shush her and use the paci to get her to sleep again but she does sleep thru the night! I wouldn't shorten naps too much bc it could cause the baby to be over tired but I wouldn't let the baby sleep more than 45 minutes after 5pm
