Any other moms have a terrible diet, but still able to breastfeed??

Answer

Your milk isn't composed of the food you eat. Yes some foods cross the breast milk barrier along with alcohol and medication. But your milk won't be u healthy because you don't eat healthy. Also as long as your eating an adaquate amount of calories your body will produce milk (as long as you are keeping baby on breast, or pumping).
