What's your favorite remedy for cramp pains?

My favorite remedy is to cuddle with a heating pad and a hot cup of green tea! What do you do when it's that time of the month?

I usually stay hydrated and cuddle up with my blankets and stay in fetal position (where your head is by your knees) and it usually helps. Watching movies and comedies takes my mind off of the cramps so that helps too haha

Heating pad and a Tylenol pm! I love to sleep through the cramps..

Whiskey. Seriously. Haha thins blood clots, which cause cramps. And it's whiskey.

Hot water bottle, pack or shower(which somewhat helps) and sleep.

Midol I do hot baths and my fiancée holding me first it helps when he hold my lower tummy where it hurts and him petting me and being silly and cute until I fall asleep on him and he will cuddle and pet me the whole time and when I wake up if I need he brings me midol or if I'm curled in a ball crying or telling I wish I was a f@)$ing boy he knows it's midol time it makes me a lil sleepy sometimes more cuddle time so it's good
