Trying to lose weight!
Hey everybody. So, I'm a bit overweight. I'm 19 years old, 5'0" and I weigh approximately 140 pounds. I say approximately because I'm scared of the scale and don't weigh myself often lol. I would like to get down to about 110 pounds, maybe 115. But I just can't seem to find time to workout. I go to school 5 days a week, and I work at a day care for 3 days a week. On the days I work, I wake up at 6 am because I have an 8am class. But then I get off work at 6:30pm. By that time I'm super exhausted from the kiddies.
I try to eat relatively healthy, but I'm not perfect.
Help me please! Any tips/advice is appropriated☺️
