Do Antibiotics change your cycle?

So earlier in March I got the flu and it lasted like a week but I took antibiotics for at least two weeks or so. Now my period is late or well eve says it is. I'm not a regular person but eve helps me track it even if it's off by a bit but it's 7 days late. Could the antibiotics have changed my period cycle or make me miss it?

I know that antibiotics makes the pill less effective, so maybe they do have an effect on hormones and your cycle.
