Sex and IUDs

Hannah
Obviously the point of an IUD is to prevent pregnancy. I just got my Paragard five days ago and although I'm not currently having sex, I'm terrified of when I do that I'm going to knock it out of place. I'm even afraid to poop too hard because I don't know what the "limits" are for sex. The nurse just said "vigorous" sex could cause it to move. But how "vigorous" is vigorous sex? I'm nervous to even use a vibratory right now and I know I shouldn't be so worried, but I'm most worried about needing surgery if it perforated. I'm just wondering what other people's experience is with their IUDs. I'm not into rough sex or anything, I'm just overthinking it.
