Horrifying back pain
So i have this nasty aching back pain that never goes away on my period or when close to my period when i first got it at age 10. All i do is take a tylenol and put a heating pad on my back but a little while later in the day in comes back when im at school and its so embarrasing the way i have to sit. Any suggestions on back pain (im 12)
