Or is it too soon? To be fair I took my temp after 1.5 hours of sleep :(woke up at 5am after falling asleep on the couch and I take my temps at 645am

Update: temp went way back up this morning at 5dpo. Yesterday was a fluke I think

Could be secondary estrogen surge. I had the same thing at 4dpo

My temps are always low after not enough sleep. It's just not an accurate temp. Don't look into it too much.

Too early for implantation :-/ your sleep would explain it. FF says you need at least 3 hours of sleep.
