Update: temp went way back up this morning at 5dpo. Yesterday was a fluke I think

Could be secondary estrogen surge. I had the same thing at 4dpo

My temps are always low after not enough sleep. It's just not an accurate temp. Don't look into it too much.

It's up to you, but I would just make sure the temp time is set to 5am so it's an open circle, not a solid circle.

Too early for implantation :-/ your sleep would explain it. FF says you need at least 3 hours of sleep.
