Start this about 4 hours before having anal: get a disposable enema to clean yourself out. Don't eat anything at least 3 hours before anal sex. Make sure your anus is clean. Use astroglide to lube your anus. May also want to put some on his condom. Put his penis gently into your anus SLOWLY until your sphincter muscle relaxes. Have fun. Also, don't go from anal sex to vaginal sex without changing condoms.  Never do anal without a condom.

Have him prep you for over a week with his fingers. Day 1-2 put a finger in day 2-4 two then his penis tip then so on each day gradually. And use a lot of lube and go slow! And cum worked like an enema for me FYI. It isn't my favorite at all.

First time we done it, we were in the shower incase of any little surprises 💩 It didn't hurt so much for me as I was really warm, relaxed and lubed.

Certain positions also may cause discomfort. We stood up the first time with myself leaning over onto the sink and it was fine.

We've done it since in bed a few times and it only hurt once because we didn't have enough lube, just try and enjoy it, if you don't you do t have to do it again!
