I don't know what to do?

My husband always talk into that we need a Lil baby. And how he can't wait to see me having baby. He knew that I want it too. But the problem is everytime we had sex he never cum in me ever. :( he alway pull out all the time. And it upset me bc i told him that I just finish my period couple days ago. And sometime we watch TV and see Lil baby commercial he said we need to make baby. Is there anyway I would talk to him during sex? idk what to say or ask him to do? Helpppp!!!!!
