Breastfeeding struggles

My baby has been only nursing on my left boob for over a week now. My right boob is lopsided and she won't latch. When I pump my right boob less than half an ounce comes out and it takes about 45 mins to get that. My right boob that she isn't latching to has also been really itchy. My left nipple also is scabbed and I dread feeding because it hurts so bad when she first latches. Idk what to do...is it too late to get that boob producing milk again? I'm using a medela breast pump. Help!
