CD 2 - First cycle AF post bcp
Hey all!
After 72 loooong cycle days, I finally welcomed AF - my first after ending birth control pills. I'm super excited to begin TTC. Wondering a couple things:
When should I begin opks?
Can/should I take fertility blend and prenatal vitamins simultaneously?
And anyone have any sage words of wisdom for a newbie?
