Have you had any alcohol since your baby was born?

Just wondering if you had any alcohol and how did do it? I haven't had a sip over a year.

Yes, I usually have a beer or a glass of wine every night. I usually start drinking it right after I feed my son so by the time I feed him again it's out of my system

Yes. At night. He sleeps really well, so I just wait until he's down for the night. Otherwise, offer pumped milk until the alcohol is out of your system.

Yes. Not sure I understand the how question. Just drink and if you are breastfeeding give your LO pre pumped milk until it's out of your system.

I read this article quite a while ago (took me a bit to find it sifting through all that is Google..) and I don't feel guilty having a couple drinks every now and then. I'd consider myself a mother that is very aware of the things I use with my baby, whether that's her food, soaps, whatever and I feel fine feeding her from the boob even after a drink or 2.

Anyone can give me crap for it if they want, but I love my baby with all my heart and take very good care of her 😊 just figured I'd give you a different answer than everyone else so you don't have to feel bad (as long as you're not getting completely wasted)

Nope. Not a drop since I found out I was pregnant and my daughter is now 4 months old
