So I reached 12 weeks on Friday and thought things were finally out of the danger zone. This morning there was the smallest tinge of pick on the toilet paper when I wiped. I checked again just now and it's just a tiny bit of brown discharge. I called the midwife this morning she said that since I have an ultrasound tomorrow morning that I should just wait unless it gets painful or heavy. She said that if there is a heartbeat tomorrow then we should be just fine. She said light pink is not the most worrying kind of bleeding and if I don't have pain that is a good sign too. She also said though that if it's a miscarriage there is nothing that can be done so if that happens I can choose to go to the hospital or stay home.

The next 24 hours are going to be difficult. Any positive stories of this happening to someone else? Please I don't want to hear the miscarriage stories, I know what's possible.
