I cramp less when using tampons.

I find it to be just the opposite. I cramp more using pads plus the moisture next to my skin all day gives me a rash. Tampons are my god-send.

I've stopped using pads and tampons and use a lunette cup or a meluna cup. Very rarely do I cramp with a cup compared to a pad or tampon.

Yes! It's almost like since something is up in there, it adds extra pressure!

I cramp but tend to be fine before, but when I put one in, cramps gets worse. Then when I take it out, cramps get more worse! I like the idea of tampons, but I'll just stick with the pads.
