Scary ultrasound

I got a 15 week u/s to determine gender & in one of the 2d pictures it looks like my baby has 6 fingers. Not coming off of the thumb or pinky but an actual extra digit. This is my first child & im just wondering if maybe the ultrasound caught the hand while it was moving? It was an elective u/s place so they don't discuss any medical findings other than gender.
