Nausea, feeling hot like I have a fever, period. 6 days late, but had a little bit of bleeding. Could this be implantation? Can I be pregnant?

Hiya, I'm 6 days late. Took a test yesterday an got a BFN! Went docs and they gave me a tube to pee in, did that with first wee of the day this morning then handed it in to docs today. They rang and it's another BFN ! I'm so confused as I am never late in my period and I've been getting early pregnancy symptoms although they are similar to AF! No sign at all if AF though! I've been getting cramping, left pelvic pain, sore and tender breasts, queeziness, sleepy and continuous weeing! Very confused. Doc said wait and test again in 7-10 days if AF still doesn't arrive. Not sure what to do! Could I still be pregnant?
