Over reacting but need to get it out

I was super stressed for the last few weeks with work and college bute and my boyfriend have had plenty time together and I have the implant and we use condoms but (I know stupid) we take it off once he comes in it, I'm a week late which I wouldn't normally take ANY notice of cos with the implant I could go 2 or 3 months with out a period but I've had 2 nose bleeds this week and really bad heartburn which is really strange for me cos I don't usually get either, I've had the odd cramp and pms crankiness and feelings but no blood :/  opinions?
