Eating eggs!
Hey ladies,
So I just read an article that stated pregnant women should be eating at least one egg every day especially in the first trimester bc it greatly decreases the risk of neural tube defects. I have always been a big egg eater but in the first trimester I was so nauseous all I could eat for breakfast was a bagel or pb on toast. Now that I've been feeling better these last few weeks I'm back to my scrambled eggs and smoothies in the morning. Did any of you ladies do something similar? I am always worrying that I haven't done all the right things!
