FTM with questions????

Question

1)How long is breat milk good for?

2)Should I buy a humidifier? he sound congested when he drinks milk

3)Do I need to boil bottles/breast pump suctions/pacifiers? I have been soaking in daily water only 
 
4) is there a baby powder that is safe???

Here's a good chart to go off of for the breast milk. We don't sterilize the bottles and what not every time...probably a couple times a week though. I actually have a sterilizer I think it's by Munchkin, but our dishwasher also has a sanitize setting we use too

1: fresh Breast milk good for 4-6 hours. refrigerated milk is good for 3-8 days. Frozen milk is good for 12 months. after thawing frozen milk, use within 24 hours.

2: humidifiers are good for newborns but you don't NEED to use one

3, I just clean my bottles and pump with hot water and soap. some people boil them, or put them in the dishwasher

4: any powder with talc in it is not good. that might be all baby powder but I'm not sure.
